In two days we’ll say goodbye to the rabbit year of 2011 and enter the dragon year of 2012 which starts from Jan 23, 2012. Before turning to the new page to write our new history, we at tour-beijing.com (Beijing Xinhua Tours) look back at the passing year of 2011 with a light heart.

The year 2011 fell into a dormant period for China inbound travel market. China’s inbound travel for the first time stopped to grow since the year 2003 of SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) outbreak which had greatly affected tourism industry. The sluggish inoming travel market has been caused by several factors: 1) Turbulences in Middle East 2) Europe”s debt crisis 3) America”s slow economic recovery, which have resulted in the declining market for China incoming travel in the passing year.

No matter a market is good or not, some companies will make better or worse business and management performances. Some enterprises still go to bankruptcy even a market is generally very good; some will survive and develop very well even if a market is not good. So what is important is not only the market itself, but how to do it, the mode of business matters! You cannot change the global market as a whole, but you can still do something to make the market a better place to develop your companies.

In 2011 Tour-beijing.com made great efforts to build a micro climate to cultivate the internet market by adding more useful information and put online more value added tour packages. We did received very positive response from our valuable clients. Our travel business has acheived over 10% increase over the year 2010.

The prediction for the coming year of 2012 is not promising with these three major factors beiing still there slowing the recovery of global travel industry. We will not stop our marching steps sticking to the motto “Creativity is the engine of each market”. We’ll make more helpful China travel information and create more marketable tour packages that could give more valuable experiences for our clients.

At the door of ushering the new year of 2012, Beijing Xinhua Intermatonal Tours sincerely hope our old and new clients will be in good shape and make progrees on your owm work.

Let’s grow together!
